This Privacy Policy applies to Envision Radiology communications, digital properties including websites and online platforms that refer to this Privacy Policy, certain offline interactions that we may have with you, and where Envision Radiology may obtain and control your Personal Information (as defined herein) from a third party (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy describes how Envision Radiology collects and uses your Personal Information.
Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply to Protected Health Information covered under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) that may be collected by Envision Radiology in its capacity as a health care provider. Data Retention
The time periods for which we retain your Personal Information depends on the purposes for which we use it and applicable law for the type of data and use. Envision Radiology will keep your Personal Information for as long as we have a valid business purpose to do so and, thereafter, for no longer than is required or permitted by law.

Do Not Track
Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a privacy preference that visitors can set in their web browsers. When a visitor turns on DNT, the browser sends a message to websites requesting that they do not track the visitor. At this time, we do not respond to these signals, meaning that, if your computer or mobile device sends a DNT signal to our website, our website will not treat you differently from users who do not send such signals.
Security Procedures
No method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Children’s Privacy
We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose Personal Information about persons under 13 years of age. Users under the age of 13 should not submit any Personal Information to us. If you believe we have collected Personal Information from your child in error, please notify us using the details in the “Contact Us” section below. We will take prompt steps to remove the Personal Information from our systems.
Privacy Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify, expand, or update this Privacy Policy at any time as we deem appropriate to reflect those changes. When we make changes to this Privacy Policy, we will post the updated Privacy Policy on the website and update the Privacy Policy’s “last updated” date above.
